Resort, where you'll come to rest and relax in our spacious accommodations.
Our resort is located in Greenbush, 190 miles North of Detroit, 7 miles
North of Oscoda, on U.S. 23 on 300 feet of huge sandy beach.
Stefan's R&R Resort offers a variety of accommodations (1, 2 and 3 bedroom cottages) all generously spaced on three acres of tree shaded, flowered, grassy recreation grounds. Each cottage is a modern, well-equipped housekeeping unit, comfortably furnished. Some of our cottages even have gas fireplaces for your enjoyment. Also available for those special romantic occassions we have 11 luxury Air Conditioned suites with jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces, wet bar, TV/VCR, microwave, king or queen beds and free coffee. A large pavilion is centrally located among the cottages and offers a convenient area to gather and meet new friends. Recreational equipment is available for all ages (swings, pool table, ping pong, horseshoes, etc.).
We have 300 ft. of one of the finest sugar sand beaches in Michigan, safe for swimming, wading, strolling down our beautiful shoreline or just relaxing under the sun or stars.
Within a few minutes from the resort are all the modern conveniences, including shopping centers, churches, and many excellent places for dining out.
There are several challenging golf courses in the area. Other activities include paddlewheel riverboat trips on the River Queen, canoe rentals, a boardwalk in the green woodlands and many more exciting pastimes.
For the sports person our area provides many fishing lakes as well as the Au Sable River. Hunting is plentiful on thousands of acres of state and national forests. Winter sports people will find miles of snowmobile trails, cross country skiing close by and inland lakes that offer ice boating, ice fishing and skating.
Stefan's R&R Resort is on the "Sunrise Side" of Michigan, located on Lake Huron, just 7 miles north of Oscoda. Greenbush is located approximately 3 ½ hours north of Detroit.
Take I-75 North to Exit 188 at Standish, then follow Scenic Highway US23 for approximately 1 ½ hours to Stefan's R&R Resort.
